Who am I?
I am an adviser to CEOs, founders and owners of small- to mid-sized and growing businesses. I guide these dynamic start-ups, grow-ups and end-ups from where they are today to where they want to be tomorrow - and beyond.
I deliver honest and open strategic direction, governance and financial discipline. Together we develop your business’ operational excellence with a focus on growth and exit transition planning.
Why all the Scouting stuff?
I am a proud Eagle Scout (Troop 387 from Commack, NY) and I named my business for the things that I learned about being prepared and taking responsibility for your personal and professional growth.
This rock wall and raised bed at Hoyt Farm park in the Town of Smithtown was nothing more than a copse of trees next to the animal shed when this then thirteen-year-old led a team of 40 Scouts and parents over 5 weekends to clear and build this area that is still in use today.
Sometimes they grow vegetables, sometimes butterfly plants, but this is a project that keeps on giving. Just like my consulting practice. I can take you from creation to profitability to liquidity drop.
